It's still alive, of course. You ARE reading this post. The site is officially transitioning over to a slightly more professional namesake, Robots Rampant. The domain names can be interchanged for the moment (ex: megadeuce.com/romps/ and robotsrampant.com/romps/ go to the same place), but this will change when the megadeuce domain name eventually is let go.

This design will be evolving over the next few weeks, and what you're looking at now is more than likely temporary (and STILL is as of 7/20). RoMPS will get going again soon, since there's been just too much good music floating by the last year or so. I'll have more to say later.
